Invisalign FAQ

How does Invisalign work?

Invisalign uses multiple clear, removable aligners to give you straight teeth without metal wires or brackets. As you change out each aligner, your teeth will move slightly each week until they make their way to the final position Dr. Glass prescribes.

How do you make the aligners?

We will custom-make each aligner using Dr. Glass’ expertise and 3D computer imaging technology.

How long do I wear each aligner?

You must wear your aligners for approximately 2 weeks at a time. You can take them out to eat, drink, brush, and floss.

How often do I need to come in?

You’ll visit our office every six weeks to ensure that your treatment is progressing properly.

How long will treatment last?

Everyone’s treatment time is different. Many patients wear their aligners for six to 18 months. You may wear around 18 and 30 aligners.
